Effective Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024, Nasdaq will begin disseminating the following new index on Nasdaq Global Index Watch (GIW) and the Nasdaq Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDS).


What is the new index?

The Nasdaq-100 Max 30 Index (NDXMAX30) is designed to deliver exposure to Nasdaq-100 futures while targeting a volatility level of 30%. The Index uses the truVol® Risk Control Engine to dynamically adjust exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Futures Excess Return Index (the “Underlying Index”) on a daily basis.

How is the Index disseminated?

On Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024, data recipients will receive real-time index information from the proprietary GIDS data feed with the following attributes:
