Rulebook Appendixes A and B Implemented July 24, 2015; Position Limit Hedge Exemption Application and NFX Henry Hub Conditional Limit Application Amendments

As previously announced in Futures Regulatory Alert #2015-12, NFX is listing 26 energy futures and futures options contracts on Friday, July 24, 2015. Final versions of Rulebook Appendix A, Listed Contracts, and Rulebook Appendix B, Table of Position Limits, Position Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Levels, are attached and were posted to the NFX website on July 23, 2015. Please disregard any earlier versions.

These documents reflect all amendments to Rulebook Appendix A and Rulebook Appendix B made since the initial filing with the Commission on March 11, 20151, as well as the Exchange's decision to delay listing of NFX PJM Western Hub Day-Ahead Off-Peak Financial Futures (PJDQ) and NFX PJM Western Hub Day-Ahead Peak Financial Futures (PJCQ). Additionally, a date (7/24/15) has been added to Rulebook Appendix B for version control.

Revised versions of the Position Limit Exemption Application Form and the NFX Henry Hub Conditional Limit Application Form ("Application Forms") have been posted on the NFX website. The forms direct applications to be submitted to a new email address: futuresreg@nasdaq.com. A footer with the date (7/24/15) has been added to the updated Application Forms for version control.
