What is changing?
As announced in OTA #31, NASDAQ OMX plans to launch a new options market, BX Options, on June 29, 2012, pending SEC approval. BX Options pricing will be effective on Monday, July 2, 2012. There will be no fees or rebates for trading on BX Options prior to July 2nd.
What Are the Fees and Rebates for BX Options?
Effective July 2nd, Fees and Rebates for BX Options will be as follows:

A Non-Customer is a Professional, Firm, Non-BX Options Market Maker, or a Broker-Dealer.
**Customer and BX Options Market Maker will pay the Fee to Add Liquidity when contra to a Customer, otherwise Customer and BX Options Market Maker will receive the Rebate to Add Liquidity when contra to a Non-Customer.
