What is changing in regard to the creation of an EOD billing transmission?
Effective February 6, 2012, PHLX and NOM will offer an EOD billing transmission file that contains daily billing trading activity. This file will make billing and trading information available the same day the trades are executed.
Please note that similar information is currently available on MyNASDAQOMX.com/NDAQOptions.com on a next day basis.
What are the available file types for the EOD billing transmission?
There are two types of files available:
- Executing Firm File: Contains all charges for all trades when the executing firm participated in at least one side of the execution.
- Clearing Firm File: Contains all charges for all trades when the clearing firm is on at least one side of the execution.
What is the file format?
The EOD billing detail transmission will begin with a header record and a column for each field name. The file will be in comma separated format (*.csv), where each record is on a new line and each field is delimited/separated by a comma.
How do I access the EOD file?
Customers should submit an EOD request form to subscriberservices@nasdaqomx.com.
What is changing in regard to the NDAQOptions.com transition?
Effective February 6, 2012, NASDAQ OMX will phase out its existing MyNASDAQOMX.com URL in favor of the newly available NDAQOptions.com, to provide access for customers for both PHLX and NOM. MyNASDAQOMX.com and NDAQOptions.com will currently take customers to the same application; however, MyNASDAQOMX.com will eventually be retired.
NDAQOptions.com will now provide a single point of access for PHLX and NOM customers for execution and invoice data, much like the current functionality of MyNASDAQOMX.com.
What data is available on NDAQOptions.com?
Historical information available on NDAQOptions.com includes accounting reports such as billing invoices and invoice charge details.
How do I access NDAQOptions.com?
Customers who currently access MyNASDAQOMX.com will immediately have access to the integrated NDAQOptions.com. Please contact NDAQOptions@nasdaqomx.com if a new account is required.
