  • Effective June 3, 2013, PHLX will increase its Permit Fees by $50 per month.
  • Effective June 3, 2013, BX Options will update its pricing with regard to fees and rebates for BAC, IWM, QQQ and SPY.

What is changing with regard to BX Options?

Effective June 3, 2013, NASDAQ OMX BX OptionsSM (BX OptionsSM) has announced updates to its fees and rebates on the exchange for BAC, IWM, QQQ and SPY:

3The Fee to Add Liquidity will be assessed to a Customer or BX Options Market Maker only when the Customer or BX Options Market Maker is contra to a Customer.

What is changing with regard to PHLX Permit Fees?

Effective June 3, 2013, the NASDAQ OMX PHLXSM (PHLX®) Permit Fees will increase by $50 from $2,100 to $2,150 per month.
