  • Effective Monday, June 3, 2013, PHLX is changing the minimum quote size requirement in AAPL, BIDU, and BRK.B from 5-up to 1-up.
  • Effective Monday, June 3, 2013, PHLX is changing the minimum quote size requirement in GOOG and PCLN from 10-up to 1-up.
  • Effective Monday, June 3, 2013, PHLX is changing the minimum quote size requirement in AAPL7 and GOOG7 Mini Options from 10-up to 1-up.

What is changing?

NASDAQ OMX PHLXSM (PHLX®) is changing the minimum quote size requirement in AAPL, BIDU, and BRK.B from 5-up to 1-up and GOOG and PCLN from 10-up to 1-up, effective Monday, June 3, 2013. In addition, PHLX is changing the minimum quote size requirement for Mini Options in AAPL (AAPL7) and GOOG (GOOG7) from 10-up to 1-up, effective Monday, June 3, 2013. Market Makers quoting on PHLX through the Specialized Quote Feed (SQF) may submit quotes with a minimum size of 1 contract in these symbols.
