What is changing?
Effective Tuesday, February 19, 2013, NASDAQ OMX PHLXSM (PHLX®) will launch physically settled “on-the-run” Treasury Options overlaying the most recently issued 10-year or 30-year benchmark Treasuries. In order to prepare to trade these options, there are slight variations in the listing and clearing process than with standard options.
Both PHLX and OCC staff are available to discuss detailed information on the Treasury Options and what changes can be expected for individual firms and their personnel.
