While Qualified Contingent Cross (“QCC”) Orders will be unaffected and available for submission to the Exchange, pending SEC approval, the Exchange will delay the implementation of “QCC with Stock Orders” on ISE with the migration to INET. This delay will only affect the acceptance of a QCC Order in which the participant is requesting the Exchange communicate the stock component of a QCC Order electronically to a designated broker-dealer for execution. This delay does NOT affect the acceptance of regular QCC Orders in which the member handles the execution of the associated stock component of the QCC Order. As symbols migrate to the INET technology, QCC with Stock Orders will temporarily be rejected in those symbols. The Exchange anticipates the QCC with Stock Order functionality to be available on INET, for all symbols which have migrated, in mid-June. As highlighted, QCC with Stock Orders are a special feature and this delay does NOT affect regular QCC Orders. The exact date of QCC with Stock availability will be published in a subsequent notice.
