Effective Monday, October 23, 2017, the minimum quote size requirements for a select list of issues will change on Nasdaq PHLX (Phlx), Nasdaq ISE (ISE), Nasdaq GEMX (GEMX) and Nasdaq MRX (MRX) to a minimum quote size of one (1) contract. These issues can be found here. In addition, the following issues have a minimum quote size of 1-up but only on the exchanges noted:
