Effective Tuesday, January 2, 2018, Nasdaq PHLX (PHLX) is changing the minimum quote size requirement in MTD from 10-up to 1-up. Market Makers quoting on PHLX through the Specialized Quote Feed (SQF) may submit quotes with a minimum size of 1 contract in this product.
