UPDATED Nasdaq PHLX and ISE Update System Settings

On Monday, December 3, 2018, Nasdaq PHLX (PHLX) will update the system settings related to the Market Order Spread protection. Nasdaq ISE will update the same system settings on Monday, December 10, 2018. Currently, simple market orders are rejected if the bid/ask differential of the NBBO and internal BBO are wider than a configurable amount, currently set to $5.00 for all symbols. As of Monday, December 3rd on PHLX and Monday, December 10th on ISE, all symbols will have the threshold configured to $5.00, with the following exceptions: Market Order Spread Protection Bid/Ask Differential Allowance of $20.00:

Please note that any future changes made to the quote width requirements will also apply to these bid/ask differential allowances.
