UPDATED PHLX, NOM and MRX Update SQF and OTTO Specifications

Nasdaq PHLX (PHLX), The Nasdaq Options Market (NOM) and Nasdaq MRX (MRX) have updated the Specialized Quote Feed (SQF) and the Ouch to Trade Options (OTTO) specification documents.

Beginning Monday, February 12, 2018 on MRX, these changes provide a more specific removal reason in the event of an order or quote removal due to a disconnected session. The implementation of this change will be completed by Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Beginning Monday, February 26, 2018 on PHLX, these changes provide a more specific removal reason in the event of an order or quote removal due to a disconnected session. The implementation of this change will be completed by Thursday, March 1, 2018.

UPDATE: Beginning Monday, March 12, 2018 on NOM, these changes provide a more specific removal reason in the event of an order or quote removal due to a disconnected session. The implementation of this change will be completed by Monday, March 19, 2018.

PHLX/NOM Technical Specifications

The SQF 6.4O technical specification document has been updated to add an additional Purge Reason Code of Purge on Disconnect to the Underlying Purge Notification Message.

The OTTO 1.4d technical specification document has been updated to add an additional Cancel Reason of Cancel on Disconnect.

MRX Technical Specifications

The SQF 8.1 technical specification document has been updated to add an additional Purge Reason Code of Purge on Disconnect to the Underlying Purge Notification Message.

The OTTO 2.1.2 technical specification document has been updated to add an additional Cancel Reason of Cancel on Disconnect.
