Nasdaq ISE and Nasdaq GEMX Update – NDX and MNX Pricing, Effective May 1, 2017

Effective Monday, May 1, 2017, pending filing with the SEC, the following changes will apply to options transactions overlying NDX and MNX on Nasdaq ISE and Nasdaq GEMX, respectively.

NASDAQ ISE - NDX and MNX

  • The following fees will apply to all Regular Orders, including Crossing Orders and Responses to Crossing Orders, in NDX according to the following schedule:

     Fee (per contract)
    Market Maker$0.75
    Market Maker (For orders sent by Electronic Access Members)$0.75
    Non-Nasdaq ISE Market Maker $0.75
    Firm Proprietary / Broker Dealer$0.75
    Professional Customer$0.75
    Priority Customer$0.00

  • There are no changes to the Complex Order Fee Schedule
  • The Non-Priority Customer License Surcharge will remain $0.25 per contract for NDX and will be eliminated for MNX

NASDAQ GEMX - NDX and MNX

  • All fees for NDX, including fees for Crossing Orders and Responses to Crossing Orders, will be applied according to the following schedule:
