The business combination of Neurotrope, Inc. (NTRP) and Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has closed. As a result the Common Stock will be suspended from trading. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on December 1, 2020. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (December 2nd) and will be suspended effective December 3, 2020. The details are as follows:
