At a special meeting held on April 15, 2021, the shareholders of Inphi Corporation (IPHI) approved the merger with Marvell Technology Group Ltd (MRVL). The merger will become effective at 4:02 p.m. ET today, April 20, 2021. In conjunction with the closing of the merger Marvell Technology Group Ltd will change it's name to Marvell Technology, Inc. and Cusip to 573874104. The details are as follows:
