  • Effective Monday, February 1, 2010, NASDAQ OMX BX will modify pricing for orders executed with a share price below $1.00.

What is changing?

Effective Monday, February 1, 2010, NASDAQ OMX BXSM (BXSM) will modify pricing for orders executed with a share price below $1.00.

What is the new pricing for executing sub-dollar orders on BX?

BX will introduce a rebate of 0.25% (i.e. 25 basis points) of the total dollar volume of the transaction when adding both displayed and non-displayed liquidity in stocks with prices below $1.00.

Firms will be charged 0.30% (i.e. 30 basis points) of the total dollar volume of the transaction when removing liquidity in stocks with prices below $1.00.
