What is being announced?

NASDAQ OMX is expanding QView, a web-based tool designed to give subscribers a real-time and historical view into their order flow, to include new features and functionality.

What features are included in the expansion of QView?

NASDAQ OMX has now expanded QView to include the following features and functionality:

  • Routing Strategies
  • Directed Orders
  • Time at the Inside
  • Fill Rates and Execution Quality
  • Port Attributes

These new features are in addition to the real-time and historical order, execution and ranking information that is currently available in QView.

What is offered through the new Routing Strategies and Directed Orders enhancements?

  • Routing Strategies Summary - Provides a real-time overview of the firm's usage of the NASDAQ routing strategies.
  • Directed Orders Summary - Provides a real-time overview of a firm's directed orders to other trading venues.

What is offered through the new Execution Quality and Time at the Inside enhancements?

  • Execution Quality - Provides a historical overview of a firm's fill rate and price improvement statistics.
  • Time at the Inside - Provides a historical overview of an MPID's time at the inside statistics. Data is available on a per symbol basis and shows time at the bid, ask and total time at the inside as well as average size.

What is offered through the new Port Attributes enhancements?

  • Port Attributes - provides a real-time overview of a firm's active ports and associated attributes.

How do I subscribe to QView?

QView is available for $600 per month per firm. Each user also must have a TradeInfo login ($95 per user per month). Existing QView subscribers will automatically have access to this added functionally at no additional cost.

To subscribe to QView, please complete the NASDAQ Front-End Request Form.

Is QView available for NASDAQ OMX BXSM (BXSM) and NASDAQ OMX PSXSM (PSXSM)?

Pending SEC approval, QView will also be available for BX and PSX on October 15th for an add-on fee of $200 for BX and $100 for PSX. TradeInfo is required for each market.
