Nuveen Investments has announced a restructuring affecting the NASDAQ Premium Income & Growth Fund Inc. (QQQX), which will be effective December 22, 2014. 

Equity Premium Advantage Fund (JLA), listed on the NYSE, will combine with NASDAQ Premium Income & Growth Fund Inc. (QQQX). The combined fund will be named Nuveen Nasdaq 100 Dynamic Overwrite Fund and is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on December 22, 2014 with a new CUSIP but the same ticker.

Shareholders of the NASDAQ Premium Income & Growth Fund Inc. will be issued shares of the Nuveen Nasdaq 100 Dynamic Overwrite Fund with the same aggregate net asset value held immediately prior to the restructuring.

NASDAQ Premium Income and Growth Fund Inc. (QQQX) is expected to be suspended after the close on December 19, 2014.
