The FINRA/Nasdaq TRF1 is increasing its quarterly transaction credits to Non-Retail and Retail Participants effective Wednesday, January 1, 2020. Subject to a rule filing to amend FINRA Rule 7610A (see SR-FINRA-2019-029 for additional information), all participants that achieve a market share of less than 1.0% but greater than or equal to 0.50% in securities in Tapes A and C, or less than 1.0% but greater than or equal to 0.35% for Tape B securities, will now be eligible to receive 85% of attributable revenues for securities in each Tape.
