NASDAQ to Make Changes to American Community Bankers NASDAQ Index, Effective Monday, June 2, 2008

Summary:
- On Monday, June 2, 2008, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. will change the name and symbol for the American Community Bankers NASDAQ Index (symbol: ACBQ) to ABA Community Bank NASDAQ Index (new symbol: ABAQ).
Overview:
As a result of the merger between the American Community Bankers Association (ACB) and the American Bankers Association (ABA), effective Monday, June 2, 2008, NASDAQ OMX will change the name and index symbol of the American Community Bankers NASDAQ Index (symbol: ACBQ) to:
- ABA Community Bank NASDAQ Index (symbol: ABAQ)
Beginning Monday, June 2, 2008, the NASDAQ Index Dissemination ServiceSM (NIDSSM) data feed will disseminate this index under the new name and symbol, and all historical information for ACBQ will be transferred to ABAQ.
Data Feed Impact:
On Monday, June 2, 2008, NASDAQ OMX will change the dissemination of intraday values for ACBQ, currently disseminated at 15-second intervals via the Index Detail message (Category I – Type A), to the new symbol ABAQ.
In addition, NASDAQ OMX will also change the symbol for the following messages on the NIDS data feed from ACBQ to ABAQ:
- Index Directory Message (Category A - Type J) provide the index identifier, index name, market value, divisor and the index base value.
- Issue Symbol Participation Message (Category A - Type P) provides the issue symbol, issue name, current index weightings (TSO or DRM) and market of origin for the component security.
