In a constant effort to enhance customer service, NASDAQ OMX is now offering monthly market data invoices via email for select data products.

Which invoices are being offered via email?

Invoices for market data from the following markets are being offered monthly via email:

  • NASDAQ
  • NASDAQ OMX PHLX
  • NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange (NFX)
  • NASDAQ OMX BX
  • NASDAQ Options
  • UTP

Does NASDAQ OMX offer monthly market data invoices via email for all data products?

At this time, NASDAQ OMX offers invoices for the following data products via email only on a one-off basis, per request:

  • OMX Nordic
  • OMX Baltic
  • NordPool
  • NASDAQ OMX Europe

To request an email copy of your invoice, email the NASDAQ OMX Global Data Products Administration Team.

By July 2009, NASDAQ OMX expects to offer invoices via email for market data for all data products.

What do I need to do to receive NASDAQ market data invoices via email?

To receive NASDAQ market data invoice via email, please complete and submit the request form to ndqbilling@nasdaqomx.com.
