NASDAQ OMX Introduces New Fee Structure and Distribution for Nordic Official Pricelist

What you need to know:

  • Effective January 1, 2013, the Nordic Official Pricelist will be accessible via the NASDAQ OMX Nordic File Delivery Service (FDS) only.
  • In addition, effective January 1, 2013, NASDAQ OMX will introduce a new price structure in Euros (EUR) for the Nordic Official Pricelist.
 

What is changing?


The Nordic Official Pricelist consists of daily list information and will be accessible via the FDS, effective January 1, 2013. The lists will continue to be provided in PDF format but will only be produced on a daily basis. FDS access will require individual login usernames and passwords. After ordering, each subscriber will receive instructions with login details and a link to the FDS.

How do subscribers get access to NASDAQ OMX Nordic File Delivery Service (FDS)?


The online subscription request is available at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Official Pricelist Request page. Subscribers must submit an order for the Nordic Official Pricelist and execute an agreement with NASDAQ OMX to receive prior approval from NASDAQ OMX.

  • Request/Order the Nordic Official Pricelist – Required for all subscribers of the Nordic Official Pricelist.
  • Subscriber Agreement– Required for all subscribers of the Nordic Official Pricelist. The agreement may be executed electronically and is available after ordering the new Nordic Official Pricelist product online. A hard copy of the NASDAQ OMX Official Pricelist Subscriber Agreement has been posted online. After submitting the order for the new Nordic Official Pricelist online, and execution of the online Agreement, the subscriber will receive an email with approval for the subscription.

What fees are associated with this change?


Effective January 1, 2013 the revised price for the Nordic Official Pricelist will be 500 EUR per year. Access to all lists shown below on a daily basis will be via the FDS.

The annual invoice for the existing Nordic Official Pricelist covering services received in 2012 will be issued in Danish kronor (DKK). Invoices for services received in 2013 will be issued on February 2013 and will be payable in EUR.

    Which lists will no longer be provided?


    NASDAQ OMX will send the final existing Nordic Official Pricelist via email on December 28, 2012.

    The following lists of the Nordic Official Pricelist will be discontinued:

  • Nordic Official Pricelist (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Monthly Review)
  • Danish Bond List (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Monthly Review)
  • Official Pricelist for Swedish Bonds (Daily, Monthly)
  • Derivatives List (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)

    • Why is NASDAQ OMX implementing this change?


    Due to development changes in the NASDAQ OMX fixed income systems the current platform (KFD) is being retired and has been moved to a new solution.
