What is changing?

Pending Securities and Exchange Commission filing, NASDAQ OMX® is moving toward a more harmonized price of its Level 2 offering with NASDAQ TotalView®. The price change allows NASDAQ OMX to continue to support this legacy product for the short-term in parallel to the premier, full-depth product, NASDAQ TotalView.

As such, NASDAQ OMX will increase the NASDAQ Level 2 Professional Subscriber fee by $5 per month as of January 1, 2014. Note that the NASDAQ Level 2 Non-Professional Subscriber fee and the NASDAQ OpenView Non-Professional and Professional Subscriber fees will remain unchanged.

For customers interested in a premier full-depth offering, NASDAQ TotalView is the best alternative to Level 2. For more information on this premier product and how it differs from NASDAQ Level 2, please visit NASDAQ TotalView Benefits.

This 90-day notice period provides Distributors and Subscribers time to budget accordingly in preparation for 2014.
