  • Nasdaq has published an updated version of the Nasdaq Global Data Policies.
  • Updates to Nasdaq Global Data Policies have been previously communicated in Data News Items and Nordic Market Data News. Distributors are required to follow these policies as of the effective date previously communicated.
 

What is changing?

Nasdaq has published an updated version 2015.1 of the Nasdaq Global Data Policies. Updates to Nasdaq Global Data Policies have been previously communicated. Distributors are required to follow these policies as of the stated effective date.

Which Data Policies have been updated?

Nasdaq has updated the Nasdaq Global Data Policies including the following:

  • Revisions or additions of the following definitions:
    • Direct Access
    • Trading Platforms
    • Subscriber Firm
    • Bank
  • Addition of policy related to the creation of Nasdaq Basic from the Nasdaq TotalView Information
  • Updates to the Enhanced Display Solution policy
  • Inclusion of the following new items:
    • Nasdaq Basic Enterprise License for Broker/Dealers
    • BONO and ITTO Managed Display Solutions products
    • BONO and ITTO separate or combined Non-Display Enterprise License
    • Nordic Norwegian Derivatives
  • Addition of pricing details for the following products:
    • Nordic Glimpse, Commodities Glimpse and Nordic Fixings
    • Nordic Index Calculation License & Nordic Index Calculation License Plus
    • Nasdaq Web API Service – Nordic Equity Data
  • Change to now charge for display usage of the Nordic End-of-Day data in real-time on public retail web pages
  • Change to waive fees for Nordic End-of-Day Information delivered in real-time via a text television technology
