NASDAQ OMX Announces Change of Index Name Effective October 11, 2012

NASDAQ OMX will begin dissemination of the new index names on Thursday, October 11, 2012.
The new index name change will be as follows:

|RMGFX||ES Capital Risk Managed Growth Total Return Index||Crow Point Risk Managed Growth Index|
NASDAQ OMX asks that all market data redistributors update their database to reflect the new names on Thursday, October 11, 2012.
