  • Effective close of business Friday, May 31, 2013, NASDAQ OMX® will cease to support the following indexes:
  • NASDAQ OMX Global Technology Index (Symbol: NQGL9000)
  • NASDAQ OMX Global Technology Total Return Index (Symbol: NQGL9000X)

What is changing?

Effective close of business Friday, May 31, 2013, NASDAQ OMX® will cease the calculation and dissemination of the following two indexes:

  • NASDAQ OMX Global Technology Index (Symbol: NQGL9000)
  • NASDAQ OMX Global Technology Total Return Index (Symbol: NQGL9000X)

How will this impact data feeds?

NASDAQ OMX will cease dissemination of intraday index values and directory messages for the above indexes on the following NASDAQ OMX proprietary index data services:

  • NASDAQ OMX Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDSSM)
  • NASDAQ OMX Global Index WatchSM (GIWSM)
