 &lt;li&gt;NASDAQ OMX will enhance NFX by converting it to a new trading platform in Q3 2013.&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Micro.aspx?id=NFXNextGen"&gt;NFX Next Generation&lt;/a&gt; trading platform will provide Futures Participants with best in class trading technology and risk management based on proven NASDAQ OMX trading systems.&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;NFX Next Generation trading platform will have a similar look and feel to the BX Options trading platform launched in June 2012.&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;The conversion will require rule changes to be filed with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;U.S. dollar-settled Gold and FX futures will be listed initially, followed by steel and single-CUSIP Treasury futures.&lt;/li&gt;
