BNY Mellon, as Depositary, has announced a ratio change for Collplant Biotechnologies Ltd. (CLGN) to be effective at the open of business on Monday, July 15, 2019. Due to a one (1) for fifty (50) reverse split on its ordinary shares in the local market, the ADR ratio will change from 1 ADR for every 50 Ordinary Shares (1:50) to 1 ADR for every 1 Ordinary Share (1:1).
