The business combination of Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (APRI) and Seelos Therapeutics, Inc. is expected to be completed today, Wednesday, January 23, 2019. As a result, the common stock of Apricus Biosciences, Inc. will undergo a one-for-thirty (1-30) reverse stock split, change of name, change of symbol, and change of CUSIP number. Apricus stockholders will receive one non-transferable contingent value right (“CVR”) for each share of Apricus common stock held of record at 7:59 a.m. Eastern time on January 24, 2019, which shall be after the 1-for-30 reverse stock split and immediately prior to the merger between Seelos Therapeutics and Apricus.
