Google Inc. Class C Capital Stock (GOOG) will receive a distribution with a record date of Thursday, April 2, 2015. The distribution type (cash, stock or a combination of cash and stock) and the amount are to be determined. Once both the amount and the type of distribution have been determined an ex-date ruling will be made.
