PHLX, BX, Nasdaq, and NOM Update Membership Pricing for April

Pending SEC filing, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2015, the following changes will be made:

PHLX


The Active SQF Port pricing will generally be reduced from the progressive scaled pricing model to a single fixed price per active SQF Port fee of $1,250 per port, capped at $42,000 per month. Active SQF ports refer to ports that receive inbound quotes at any time within that month.


Permits Fees for PHLX members (per month) will increase from $2,150 per month to $2,300 per month.

Order Entry Port Fees will increase from $600 per month per mnemonic to $650 per month per mnemonic. The CTI Port Fee will increase from $600 per port per month to $650 per port per month for each of the first 5 CTI ports, and $100 per port for each port thereafter.

BX

The trading rights fee will increase from $500 per month to $1,000 per month for all BX members. The membership fee and the trading rights fee will no longer be waived for BX members who solely conduct an options business. The Equities Regulatory Fee will be eliminated.

Nasdaq

The market participant identifiers (MPID) will be increased from $500 per month to $550 per month.

NOM

The port fees will increase according to the below table:
