ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. (CNET) will effect a one-for-two and one-half (1-2.5) reverse split of its common stock. The reverse split will be effective at the opening of business on Friday, August 19, 2016. In conjunction with the reverse split, the CUSIP number will change to 16949H201.
