Nasdaq to Reinstate the OMXS30ASK and OMXS30BID Indexes Effective Wednesday, October 27, 2021

What you need to know:

Nasdaq ceased the calculation and dissemination of the OMX Stockholm 30 Ask and OMX Stockholm 30 Bid Indexes (OMXS30ASK and OMXS30BID) effective after the close of business October 15, 2021. The Indexes, which were originally launched on 09/30/1986 at a base value of 125, will be reinstated and reactivated, effective Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

  • OMX Stockholm 30 Bid Index
    • (OMXS30BID)

How will this impact data feeds?

Nasdaq previously ceased the dissemination of end of day index values and directory messages for the above indexes The indexes will be reinstated to the Index Inventory and reactivated on the following Nasdaq proprietary index data services:

  • Nasdaq Global Index Data Service (GIDS)
  • Nasdaq Global Index WatchSM (GIW)
  • Nasdaq Global Index FlexFile Delivery (GIFFD)
