If you are a current customer receiving Nasdaq data (NASDAQ, Nordic or Baltic, PHLX, BX data), you must complete and submit this Nasdaq Global Data Agreement (Summary Section only) to Nasdaq by January 1, 2009.

If you are a new customer receiving Nasdaq data, you must complete and submit this Nasdaq Global Data Agreement, in addition to the following documents:

• Global System Application
• Data Feed Request Form
