Nasdaq ISE – List of Cash-Settled FLEX ETF Options

In coordination with the previously announced launch of electronic FLEX Options on Nasdaq ISE (ISE) on April 22,2025, ISE will launch cash-settled FLEX ETF Options.


ISE may list up to 50 cash-settled FLEX ETF Options with an ETF underlying security which has an average daily notional value of $500 million or more and a national average daily volume (“ADV”) of at least 4,680,000 shares measured over a defined six-month period. The exchange will conduct the bi-annual review of the six-month periods from January to June and from July to December each year. The results of the bi-annual review will be announced via an Options Trader Alert and any new securities that qualify will be permitted to have cash-settled FLEX ETF Options beginning on February 1 and August 1 of each year.
