Update: Nasdaq PHLX Announces Re-Platform Symbol Migration Schedule

As previously announced in OTU-2024-17, Nasdaq will migrate Nasdaq PHLX ("PHLX") to a new platform with an enhanced suite of functionality in November 2025 . PHLX will begin migrating symbols to the new platform as of November 3, 2025, per the detailed symbol migration noted below. Participants will continue to utilize Specialized Quote Feed (SQF) v9.0, and CTI v3.0 on their new PHLX platform connections for symbols as they migrate to the new platform, while continuing to leverage existing connectivity for symbols that have not yet migrated. Additionally, participants may continue to utilize their current PHLX FIX connections for all symbols throughout the symbol migration, but new tags/features will not be available to participants until they migrate to their new FIX v13.4 ports. Participants may also leverage new FIX v13.4 ports to interact with symbols that have migrated to the new platform, while continuing to leverage existing FIX connectivity for symbols that have not yet migrated. Participants will be required to cancel GTC orders prior to migrating to their new ports and prior to symbols migrating to the new platform. Any GTC orders remaining after the close on the Friday prior to each symbol migration will be canceled by market operations. Additional details on FIX port migration behavior can be found in the PHLX Fusion Re-platform FAQ. Market Data related to PHLX symbols, which have migrated to the new platform, will only be available through the new platform related interfaces or market data feeds. Participants will continue to receive data via current IP addresses for symbols that have not yet migrated. Further details regarding the transition of the Proprietary Data Feeds can be found in the PHLX Fusion Re-platform FAQ. Note, PHLX will not charge port fees during the migration for duplicate member ports on SQF, FIX, SQF Purge, and CTI. Detailed Symbol Migration Schedule:
