Nasdaq PHLX Announces Re-Platform

As previously announced in OTU2024-17 Nasdaq PHLX (PHLX) will migrate to a new platform in November 2025. Please see below for technical specifications and FAQ updates. Nasdaq believes that the enhanced suite of functionality PHLX will offer on the new platform will position its members for future success and growth while taking a further step toward conformity of APIs, Data Feeds, and functionality across Nasdaq equity derivative markets. PHLX has filed various rule proposals with the SEC to amend its functionality. The proposed changes to PHLX functionality are described in the linked FAQ in greater detail including changes to current functionality, new functionality and functionality that will be decommissioned. Technical Specifications and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) All Specification Documents and FAQ are now available on the PHLX Re-platform landing page. Please review all documents and follow up with Market Operations with any questions. In anticipation of the migration, ports could be requested in The Nasdaq Customer Portal. Participants may contact Subscriber Services to request new NTF ports to begin the certification process. Testing, Connectivity and Migration Plan PHLX will migrate to the new platform on a symbol-by-symbol basis over multiple weeks.
