Nasdaq Updates the Market Data Knowledge Center Forms

What you need to know:

• Nasdaq is modernizing its form submission process by replacing manual workflows with automated electronic signature forms.

• This update applies to 22 forms found in the “Agreements and Forms” section on Nasdaq Data Link.

• Clients no longer need to print, scan, or manually email forms—submission can now be completed with just a few clicks.

• Submitted forms are automatically routed to the Nasdaq Data Ops team, and clients receive confirmation of their submission.

• This change is designed to improve efficiency and enhance client experience.


Why is Nasdaq making this change?

Nasdaq is implementing this change to modernize and streamline its form submission process. By adopting this process, Nasdaq aims to:

  • Reduce errors and inconsistent data collection.
  • Increase operational efficiency by automating submissions.
  • Improve data accuracy through required fields and standardized formats.
  • Enhance user experience with a faster, more intuitive interface.

What if I want to populate the forms manually?

If you’d like to manually complete the form, open the form link as usual. In the top-right corner, select “Print & Sign" to access a printable version of the form. Once completed, please remember to manually send the signed document to Nasdaq Data Operations.
