On September 25, 2025, Ares Acquisition Corporation II, common stock (NYSE: AACT) and warrants (NYSE: AACT.WS) is expected to be listed and begin trading as Kodiak AI, Inc. The common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol KDK.

The warrants will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol KDKRW.

Nasdaq requests that market data redistributors maintain historical data for AACT and AACT.WS prior to transfer date. AACT.U will be cancelled upon effective transfer.
