On December 5th, Liberty Media Corporation (LLYVA & LLYVKB) approved a redemptive split-off of Liberty Live Holdings, Inc.from Liberty Media Corporation.

At the effective time of the Split-Off, expected to occur after market close on December 15th, Liberty Media will redeem each existing share of its Liberty Media Corporation Series A Liberty Live Common Stock (LLYVA) for one new share of Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. Series A Liberty Live Group Common Stock (LLYVA) & Liberty Media Corporation Series C Liberty Live Common Stock (LLYVK) for one new share of Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. Series C Common Stock (LLYVK). (NOTE: the symbols LLYVA and LLYVK will be reused for the NEW Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. Series A and Series C common Stock).
