The business combination of Silver Spike Acquisition Corp (SSPK/W/U) and WM Holding Company, LLC will automatically become effective at 12:01AM EST on June 16, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (SSPK) and Warrants (SSPKW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (SSPKU) will be suspended from trading. In addition to these changes, the combined company has re-domiciled from Cayman Islands to Delaware and will have a market tier change to Nasdaq Global Select Market. These actions will become effective on Wednesday, June 16, 2021.
