Shareholders of Tiziana Life Sciences plc approved a re-domestication from the UK to Bermuda via a Scheme of Arrangement. In addition the newly formed Bermuda corporation, Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd will effect a one-for-two (1-2) reverse stock split of the Common Shares upon the effectiveness of the scheme. As a result, one (1) American Depositary Shares of Tiziana Life Sciences plc (TLSA) will be converted into one (1) share of Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd Common Shares. The ticker symbol will remain TLSA.
