The tender offer by an affiliate of Centre Lane Partners, LLC to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Synacor, Inc. (SYNC) expired at midnight on March 30, 2021. The subsequent merger closed prior to the market open on April 1, 2021. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on March 31, 2021. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (April 1st) and will be suspended April 5, 2021. The suspension details are as follows:
