At a special meeting held on April 7, 2021, the shareholders of Xilinx, Inc. (XLNX) approved the merger with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). The merger is closed prior to the market open on February 14, 2022. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on February 11, 2022. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (February 14th) and will be suspended effective February 15, 2022. The details are as follows:
