The merger of Quartz Holdco, LLC, Quartz MergerCo, Inc. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qualtrics International Inc. (XM) was approved by way of written consent and closed prior to the market open on June 28, 2023. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on June 27, 2023. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (June 28th) and will be suspended effective June 29, 2023. The details are as follows:
