The business combination of Aurora Acquisition Corp (AURC/W/U) and Better Home & Finance Holding Company (BETR/W) closed today, August 23, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (AURC) and Warrants (AURCW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change along with a re-domicile from Cayman Islands to Delaware. The company's Units (AURCU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company's Common Stock will list on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants will remain on the Capital Market. These actions will become effective on Thursday, August 24, 2023
