The business combination of Murphy Canyon Acquisition Corp (MURF/W/U) and Conduit Pharmaceuticals Inc. closed today, Friday, September 22, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (MURF) and Warrants (MURFW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change. The company's Units (MURFU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company's Common Stock will remain on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants will move to the Capital Market.
