The business combination of Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp. (WWAC/W/U) and Aark Singapore Pte. Ltd. closed today, Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Share (WWAC) and Warrants (WWACW) will undergo a name change to Aeries Technology, Inc. along with a symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (WWACU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
