The business combination of 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II (VCXA/W/U) and African Agriculture Holdings Inc. is scheduled to close today, Wednesday December 6, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (VCXA) and Warrants (VCXAW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change along with a change of domicile from the Cayman Islands to Delaware. Further, pre-merger ordinary shareholders (VCXA) will receive 1.395558434 shares of African Agriculture Holdings Inc. Common Stock (AAGR) for each share held. The company's Units (VCXAU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will list its common stock and warrants on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on December 7, 2023.
