The business combination of 7GC & Co. Holdings Inc. (VII/VIIAW/VIIAU) and Banzai International, Inc. closed today, Thursday, December 14, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (VII) and Warrants (VIIAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (VIIAU) will be suspended from trading.
